After you’ve settled in, we review the success of the project with your team. We listen and document your feedback, determining any future considerations for your workplace. We’ll also understand how you’d like to remain in contact moving forward.
Workplaces are constantly evolving and once you’ve occupied your new office for a few months, you may feel that your office needs some adjustments. Our client services team is responsible for providing our clients with an on-going support service to ensure they get the most out of their workplace. You will be appointed a client services manager who will work closely with your original project team and this will be your single point of contact for managing your workplace requirements.
We can help with additional accessories and furniture to match in with the initial install. We can also arrange for regular furniture audits and safety checks to make sure everything is functioning as it should. We can also help with user training to ensure that, in particular, task chairs are adjusted correctly for each user.
